1.
Before starting make sure that the car's engine is running (in an open area, see
Warning #15, above), the car is stopped, the transmission is in park/neutral, and
the parking brake is set. Make sure that the circuit that the Inverter will be plugged
into is fused for 10 Amps or greater.
2.
Plug the Inverter into the cigarette lighter type socket. If the Inverter has a difficult
time going into the socket, the switch on the side of the plug may need to be put in
the "S" position. If the Inverter fits loosely, turn the switch to the "L" position. Do
not use the inverter if it does not fit properly. Have a qualified technician inspect
the plug and socket and install a new socket if necessary.
3.
The green LED power indicator on the end of the inverter should light up.
4.
With the device switched off, insert the device's plug into the socket.
5.
After use, remove the Inverter from the socket and store in a dry area away from
children.
6.
While being careful not to lose the terminal or nut, unscrew the nut on the end of
the inverter's plug.
7.
Remove the old fuse and replace with another 10 Amp fuse of the same type.
8.
Replace the terminal and nut and tighten.
Watch what you are doing, use common sense. Do not use this device
