Make sure vehicle is parked in an open area, with the transmission in park/neu-
tral and the parking brake set. Start the vehicle's engine before plugging in the
Power Inverter. Make sure that the circuit that the Inverter will be plugged into
is fused for 10 Amps or greater.

Plug the Inverter into the cigarette lighter type socket.
if it does not fit properly. Have a qualified technician inspect the plug and
socket and install a new socket if necessary.
3.
The green LED power indicator on the end of the inverter should light up.
4.
With the appliance switched off, insert the appliance's plug into the socket.
5.
This unit does not have a "low battery input" warning.
6.
After use, remove the Inverter from the socket, wipe the contacts off and store
in a dry area away from children.

Wipe the Sliding Contacts and Plunger end with a clean dry cloth. (See Fig. 1.)

Must be serviced by a qualified technician.

Discharge unit before continuing.
2.
Remove the screws holding the front housing and socket with a small Phillips
screwdriver and pull off the front housing, exposing the fuse. (See Fig. 1.)
Warning: Avoid touching the capacitor located just to the left of the fuse.
3.
Remove the old 10A fuse and replace with the new, identical 10A fuse, being
careful not to touch the capacitor to its immediate left.
4.
Place front housing back onto case and secure with screws again.
nOTe: When reattaching the rubber cover of the USB port, the tang of the
cover should slide in the slot closest to the cover tab. Forcing the tang behind
the USB board will damage the socket.
