Problem: DPP is not working (all channels)
Solutions:
Check that device is properly plugged into the DPP port.

Check that the DPP status LED indicating steady green. If not

illuminated at all the device is not recognized by the switch.
Problem: DPP is not working (one channel only)
Solutions:
Check that device is working properly when connected

directly to the PC.
Check that there is a DPP USB cable connected between

that PC and the required DPP port in the switch.
