ASI Output lists the output stream's data transport rate as well as IRT mode
status, TSID, and bandwidth utilization. the output lock status. (The QAM
modulator associated with the data rate is shown after the data rate, 64 QAM
for 26.97 Mbps or 256 QAM for 38.81 Mbps.) Utilization indicates the per-
centage of the output Transport Stream's data rate that is occupied with actual
data (not null packets). This indicator may be used to determine whether addi-
tional programs may be enabled for output.
The Compel entry indicates the Compel source stream and the Compel PID.
