Consumables Monitoring

You have three ways to view remaining consumable supply levels:
Printer control panel LEDs
Status Display—Supplies Status display
Status Display—Configuration page
Printer Control Panel
The 6 LEDs on the printer's control panel alert you when the life of a
toner cartridge or the drum cartridge is nearing the end or has ended.

Status Display
The Status Display is a desktop utility that displays information about
the current status of the printer and its consumables and allows you to
configure various settings.
Access the Supplies Status display by choosing Supplies Status from
the utility's Display menu. This full-color, gas gauge-style display
displays the capacity of each toner cartridge and the drum cartridge as
well as the percentage of life remaining.
Print a configuration page by choosing Print Config Page from the
utility's Printer menu. This monochrome text page also lists the capacity
of each consumable as well as the percentage of life remaining.
