Troubleshooting
• Check segment indicator on Barrier Transmitter
• Check/replace batteries in Barrier Transmitter
• Increase the Barrier Area range on the Barrier
Transmitter
• Check that the Barrier Transmitter setting
corresponds to the Receiver Collar setting.
(i.e. Barrier Transmitter is set to mode A and
Receiver Collar is synchronized to pick up
mode A)
• Check/replace batteries in Receiver Collar
• Adjust Barrier Transmitter range to increase
Barrier Area size
• Adjust Barrier Transmitter range to decrease
Barrier Area size
• Press the UP (+) arrow button
• Check/replace batteries in Barrier Transmitter

Hi, we just opened the box and I tried to scan, per instructions and not sure if that even worked. It looks like I need the user guide to set it up. Can you help please.
