Managing Calls
Adding New Entries to the Directory
IP Phone UI
1. Press the key.
2. Press the Add New softkey.
3. Using the dialpad keys, enter the name of the entry.
Note:
If necessary, use the Backspace softkey to delete any characters, the
sor, and the ABC 4 softkey to specify uppercase letters or lowercase letters.

4. Press the navigation key to move to the Label field and using the dialpad keys enter a label for the entry's
number (e.g. Office, Home, Mobile, etc...)

5. Press the navigation key to move to the Number field and using the dialpad keys enter the default number for
the entry.

6. Press the navigation key to move the Line field and using the
