Screens are different depending on whether you
authenticate in Workgroup, NT Domain, or Active
Directory Mode. Whichever mode you choose, enter
the information needed to log in to the network
and click Save when finished.
Notes:
If using the TeraStation with an AD server, then
the AD server must be connected to the same
subnet as Ethernet port 1 of the TeraStation.
In Active Directory mode, the TeraStation will
download the first 1000 entries from the AD list.
Use of the TeraStation with AD servers with more
than 1000 entries is not supported.
The TeraStation works with the AD servers
included with Windows 2003 Server and Windows
2008 Server. Windows 2000 Server is not
supported.
