Placing
Normally the XTZ 93 WMT Shielded is placed
standing by a wall. The wall behind and the wall
beside the loudspeaker have influence on both the
bass level and the bass characteristics, so please be
patient and try different distances to the rear and
side walls.
Always connect using the correct phase, from the
+-pole on the amplifier to the +-pole on the
loudspeaker and corresponding for minus (-).
At high load during extensive time periods, there is
always the risk of overloading the driver and
amplifier.
It takes about 50 to 100 hour of initial playing time,
for the driver to sound optimal. During this time,
the speaker may be used normally.
93 WMT Shielded is constructed to play lying down
or standing up.
The rubber feet are not mounted and can be
mounted on either side.
The logo is not mounted, place it after you have
mounted the feet
- 7 -
If you by accident connect the other way,
there is no risk of damage. However, the
sound will not be correct, especially in the
lower frequencies.
All loudspeakers have a limited patience
for high power, so be careful not to play
extremely loud and not to increase trebble
or bass settings to much.
By increasing the bass or treble from 0 to
max you will increase the power by about
16 times.
