Windows does not detect my new card
Windows NT operating systems v3.51 and v4.0 do not support "Plug &
Play". On such systems, you will need to manually introduce the
PC Card to your operating system as described in Appendix F
"Installation for Windows NT"
In some occasions, Windows 95 and/or Windows 98 do not detect a new
card either. This may be the case in one of the following situations:
The laptop computer into which you wish to install the ORiNOCO
PC Card is a brand-new "out-of-the-box" computer, where the
Windows 95/98 operating system was already factory-installed (see
"Enabling the PC Card Controller" on page B-8).
A previous installation of the ORiNOCO PC Card was aborted
before it was finished.
