Review all dimensions in Dishwasher,
Cabinet, and Supply Requirements to
locate dishwasher's drain, water, and
electrical connections. Do not cross drain,
water, and electrical lines in front of
dishwasher motor or frame.
Determine where you will connect to hot water supply. See shaded area shown
in Dishwasher, Cabinet, and Supply Requirements in this instruction. Verify
water inlet valve is protected from freezing. If valve freezes and ruptures,
flooding may occur. Do not use furnished drain hose or a garden hose for water
supply line.
1. Determine amount of tubing needed to connect hot water supply to the
dishwasher's water inlet valve.

• A shut off valve installed outside the dishwasher cabinet is recommended.
2. Cut a water access hole in shaded area in Dishwasher, Cabinet, and
Supply Requirements .
3. Route water supply line into installation area and to water inlet valve as shown.
• Do not solder within 6" of the water inlet valve. Damage to the plastic
parts in the valve may occur.
Electrical junction box is located on right side of the dishwasher behind
the kickplate assembly.
