During the AccuSimmer cycle, 120 VAC is
activated across the element(s). This reduc-
tion of voltage is achieved by use of the
AccuSimmer switch. The switch has two posi-
tions: Normal and AccuSimmer. There are two

internal contacts inside the switch, as shown
below. The Normal position provides a circuit
from L1 to L2 to create 240 VAC for the normal
burner (both coils of the element). The
AccuSimmer position provides a circuit from
L1 to neutral for 120 VAC.
