Troubleshooting

When the Express5800 series does not operate as expected, check the system according
to the check list given below before asking to repair.
If one of the symptoms in the list is observed, perform checking and take action as indicated
subsequently.
If the system still does not operate normally, record the messages displayed on the screen,
and contact the maintenance service company.
The symptoms listed in the following troubleshooting are those newly observed in the
Windows Server 2003 x64 Editions. For the other symptoms, refer to the User's Guide.
