Feature Descriptions
I Absent Message Capability
There are nine flexible abscnt messages
available. If you select, a message it will
be shown on the display of the calling
pafly's telephone.
I Account Code Entry
Used to idcntify incoming and outgoing
CO calls, for accounting and billing
purposes.
If required, you can be forced to gntcr
an account code bcfore dialing.
I Alternate Calling-Ring/Voice
Allows you to select ring or voice
calling when making an intcrcom call.
In Ring-Calling modc, you can call the
other party with a ring tonc. While in
Voice-Calling mode, you can talk to thc
other party immcdiatcly after a
confirmalion tonc.
I Automatic Callback Busy
(Camp-On)
When the selectcd CO line or cxtcnsion
you havc dialcd is busy, dial lhc carnp-
on code and hang up. Your telcphonc
will ring whcn the called party is idle.
When you answer, their phone rings.
I Background Music (BGM)
Background music, from an external
source, is hcard through tttc built-in
speaker of the telcphone.
I Busy Station Signaling (BSS)
You can inform a busy extension, which
Call Waiting has becn set, that you are
waiting. The extension hcars ftree
beeps.
I Call Forwarding (FWD)
Automatically lransfers incoming calls
to anothcr extcnsion or to an extemal
destination. The following types are
available:
- A l l C a l l s
All incoming calls are forwarded to
another cxtcnsion.
- Busy
All incoming calls are forwarded to
anothcr extcnsion, whcn your
extension is busy.
- No Answer
All incoming calls are forwardcd to
anothcr extension, if you don't answer
the call.
- Ilusy/No Ansu'er
All incoming calls will bc forwardcd
to anothcr cxtcnsion, if you don't
answcr or your extcnsion is busy.
- to C0 Line*
All inconring calls are forwardcd to a
CO Linc.
- Follorv Me
Allows you to rcmol.cly sct Call
Forwarding-All Calls from anothcr
extcnslon.
r Call Hold
Allows you to hold an cxtcnsion or a
CO call.
I Call Park
Allows you to "park a call" so that any
extcnsion can retrieve it.
I Call Pickup
Allows you to answer a call ringing at
another extension.
