2-Thread Overlock
When the lower looper thread lies on the underside of the fabric
•
Move the lower looper thread tension ne tuning lever (blue)
toward a higher position.
•
Or, move the needle thread tension ne tuning lever
(yellow or red) toward a lower position.
When the needle thread tension is too loose
•
Move the needle thread tension ne tuning lever (yellow or red)
toward a higher position.
•
Or, move the lower looper thread tension ne tuning lever (blue)
toward a lower position.
2-Thread Overlock, Wrap
When the lower looper thread tension is too tight
or needle thread tension is too loose
•
Move the lower looper thread tension ne tuning lever (blue)
toward a lower position.
•
Or, move the needle thread tension ne tuning lever
(yellow or red) toward a higher position.
When the lower looper thread tension is too loose
•
Move the lower looper thread tension ne tuning lever (blue)
toward a higher position.
Chainstitch
When the Chainstitch needle thread tension is too loose
•
Move the needle thread tension ne tuning lever (red) toward
a higher position.
•
Or, move the Chainstitch looper thread tension ne tuning
lever (blue) toward a lower position.
Coverstitch
When the Coverstitch looper thread is too loose
•
Move the Coverstitch looper thread tension lever (blue) ne
tuning toward a higher position.
When the Coverstitch left needle thread tension is too loose
•
Move the Coverstitch left needle thread tension ne tuning lever
(yellow) toward a higher position. Or, move Coverstitch looper
thread tension ne tuning lever (blue) toward a lower position.
When the Coverstitch middle needle thread tension is too loose
•
Move the Coverstitch middle needle thread tension ne tuning
lever (red) toward a higher position. Or, move Coverstitch looper
thread tension ne tuning lever (blue) toward a lower position.
When the Coverstitch right needle thread tension is too loose
•
Move the Coverstitch right needle thread tension ne tuning lever
(green) toward a higher position. Or, move the Coverstitch looper
thread tension ne tuning lever (blue) toward a lower position.
When the top surface of fabric bulges between needle threads and the seams on the
underside of the fabric becomes tight
•
Move the Coverstitch looper thread tension ne tuning lever
(blue) toward a lower position.
