    Multi-Format Video Scan Converter 2. Overview 2.1 Introduction The VSC-VGA-TV is a high-performance, Multi-Format Video Scan Converter. It converts not only PC but also HDTV images to interlaced NTSC/PAL and component output. Use it for videoconferencing, home theaters, business presentations, lecturing rooms, or viewing PC/HDTV images on TV.
