open hardware for step 3.

attach the bottom of the support bar to the
B
base frame using 2 flat washers (h), 2
spring washers (J) and 2 bolts (l).
noTe: do not tighten bolts until step 4 is complete.
attach the top of the support bar to the
C
handlebar using 1 arc washer (e), 1
spring washer (b) and 1 bolt (a).
Repeat on other side.
