4.17 Display Mask

Removing the Display Mask
To remove the display mask, first remove the display assembly as described earlier, then follow
the steps below:
1. Remove the mask seals to expose two lower and upper corner screws that are used to hold
the display mask together.
2. Remove the four M2.5×5 black screws from the corners.
3. Carefully insert your fingers between the mask and the LCD panel and pry open the snaps.
Start with the four snaps at the top of the display mask. Continue unsnapping the display
mask along the two sides and the bottom edge to remove display.
