your problem, please call your local dealer for servicing information.
Important: Most problems can be quickly resolved by resetting the GFCI breaker. Try
this first before proceeding.

Troubleshooting

Cause Solution
Wiring error Spa Neutral wire not connected to GFCI (connected
to Neutral bus)
Wrong GFCI GFCI breaker is wrong size or type
Ultraviolet Spa is located in direct sun and ultraviolet radiation
radiation destroys free chlorine.
(sunlight)
Temperature This is normal. When the water temperature is 2ºF
limit reached over the set point and warmer than 95ºF, the pump
automatically turns OFF in constant filtration mode
to prevent overheating the water.
Dirty filters Thoroughly clean filters. If problem persists, oils
may have accumulated in the spa. Flush and rinse
plumbing. Drain tub and thoroughly clean shell (see
pages 59).
Wrong Press the correct video source on the remote (see
source page 45)
Wrong Press the correct audio source on the remote
source control (see page 45)
Soaps, skin Close the air control valves and allow filtration cycle
