Checking or replacing the plate type heat exchanger

1. Shut off and drain the boiler on the heating water
2. Disconnect diverting valve motor connection
3. Push the three-way drive A slightly upwards.
4. Turn the three-way valve B with drive A 1/8 turn
5. Remove two screws C from the plate-type heat
6. Check the DHW side for scaling and if required, clean
7. Check the heating water side for contamination
8. Install in reverse order with new gaskets.
To remove,
push to
unlock
and the DHW side.
counterclockwise and remove.
