CONNECTING TUBE
A Open HARDWARE BAG FOR STEP .
B Align the U-BRACKET on the LEFT LOWER LINK ARM with the CONNECTING TUBE on the LEFT PEDAL
ARM.
C Slide the SPACER (F) through the U-BRACKET and the CONNECTING TUBE so that it can no longer
rotate.
D Insert 2 SPLIT TEFLON WASHERS (G) between the CONNECTING TUBE and the U-BRACKET.
E Secure the joint with a FLAT WASHER (H) and BOLT (I).
F Repeat on the other side.

ASSEMBLY STEP 
A Open HARDWARE BAG FOR STEP .
B Slide SPACER (J) into LOWER LINK ARM.
C Place TEFLON WASHERS (K) on either side of SPACER (J). While holding TEFLON WASHERS (K) slide
LOWER LINK ARM into bottom end of LOWER HANDLEBAR.
D Insert BOLT (M) into LOWER HANDLEBAR and secure using NUT (N).
E Attach the OUTSIDE ELBOW COVER to the ELBOW JOINT using 1 SCREW (L).
F Snap the INSIDE ELBOW COVER onto the OUTSIDE ELBOW COVER.
Note the position of the snap tabs before snapping into position.
G Attach the INSIDE ELBOW COVER to the ELBOW JOINT using 1 SCREW (L).
H Repeat on other side.
