6-4. Rewriting the EE-PROM

Follow this procedure to rewrite the EE-PROM.
(1) Turn the printer on.
(2) Load a BASIC disk in the computer.
(3) Turn the computer on.
(4) Set a sheet of paper in the printer, and press the ON LINE switch.
(5) Enter the program listed below and run the program.

(6) To complete the setting, turn the printer off.
What It Does
Starts rewriting the EE-PROM.
Address data from &H01 will show
EDS mode from the EE-PROM memory
map.
Data from &HFB will change the Line
spacing from 1/6" to 1/8".
Dumps all EE-PROM data to hexadeci-
mal.
