STORAGE
Draining the Fuel Tank and Carburetor:
1. Remove the carburetor drain bolt with a
10
mm wrench, and drain
the carburetor bowl fuel into an approved container.
Gasoline is highly flammable and explosive
and you can be burned or seriously injured
when handling fuel.

Stop engine and keep heat, sparks, and
flame away.
l
Refuel only outdoors.
l
Wipe up spills immediately.
2. Move the throttle lever to the SLOW or FAST position to open the
fuel valve. This will allow fuel in the fuel tank to drain through the
carburetor bowl.

3. Reinstall the drain bolt.
Engine Oil
Change the engine oil (see page 45).
