I have a ZX2 ProForm bike. The panel lighting suddenly went blank. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot, or is there a schematic diagram available? I have a Volt/Ohm meter if needed. I get an error when adding a photo. Thank you

To troubleshoot the panel lighting issue on a ProForm ZX2 bike, follow these steps:
1. Check Power Supply – Ensure the bike is properly plugged in and receiving power. 2. Inspect Console Settings – If the display is not lighting up, try pressing any button or pedaling to wake it up. 3. Adjust the Reed Switch – If the console is not displaying feedback correctly: - Slide the Reed Switch slightly toward or away from the Magnet. - Retighten the M4 x 12.7mm Flange Screws. - Rotate the Left CrankArm for a moment to check if the display responds correctly. 4. Clean Metal Contacts – If the heart rate or other readings are not displaying properly, clean the metal contacts with a soft cloth (avoid alcohol or abrasives). 5. Reset Console – If the display is unresponsive, try turning the bike off and on.
If the issue persists, consider checking for loose connections or contacting customer support.

Crank arm came off- how to fix? Not sure if it stripped? Also, wheel seems out of balance and pedaling is not a smooth action as it once was. Thanks.

To fix a crank arm that came off on a ProForm ZX2 and address issues with wheel balance and smooth pedaling:
1. Reattach the Crank Arm: - Ensure the crank arm is properly aligned with the crank assembly. - Use appropriate screws (e.g., M4 x 12.7mm Flange Screws) to securely tighten the crank arm back into place.
2. Adjust the Reed Switch (if feedback issues occur): - Use a flat screwdriver to release the tabs on the left disc cover. - Remove the left disc cover carefully. - Slide the Reed Switch slightly toward or away from the magnet. - Retighten the screws, rotate the crank arm, and test the console feedback. - Reattach the left pedal, disc cover, and pedal disc once the adjustment is correct.
3. Address Drive Belt Slippage (if pedaling feels uneven): - Remove the right pedal, seat post, top shield cover, and rear shield to access the drive belt. - Follow the manual's instructions to adjust the drive belt tension if the pedals slip, even at the highest resistance.
4. Check for Overall Stability: - Inspect and tighten all parts regularly. - Replace any worn parts immediately to ensure smooth operation and wheel balance.
Ensure proper clearance around the exercise cycle and avoid overexertion during use.
