Set Up
1. Adjust seat for desired reach angle with fi ngers tip reach..
2. Adjust chest pad for desired support.
3. Grasp handles.
Basic Movement
1. Pull handles down until elbows are by your sides and your hands are
approximately level with shoulders.
Advanced Movement
1. While pushing the handles outward, pull down until your elbows are even with your back.
