SOLUTION
• You should call your service provider to
confirm that you subscribe to combined
Caller ID with Call Waiting service.
• Caller ID information received during
Call Waiting is displayed only on the
handset that is in use. The information
is stored in the Caller ID log on ALL
registered handsets.
• Make sure the battery is charged.
SOLUTION
• If a caller leaves a very long message,
part of it may be lost when the system
disconnects the call after three minutes.
• If the caller pauses for more than seven
seconds, the system stops recording and
disconnects the call.
• If the system's memory becomes full
during a message, the system stops
recording and disconnects the call.
SOLUTION
Check the volume setting.
SOLUTION
Re-record your outgoing announcement
leaving several seconds of blank time at
the end of your announcement to allow
callers enough time to select a mailbox.
