You can set it in Web Configurator, Interface Setup -> Internet ->
Encapsulation
After configuration, your P-660R-Tx can get a public IP in the way you choose
from Encapsulation types (Dynamic IP Address, Static IP Address or
PPPoA/PPPoE), while your computer can also get a public IP through PPPoE.

4. Setup the P-660R-Tx as a DHCP Relay

What is DHCP Relay?
DHCP stands for Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol. In addition to the DHCP
server feature, the P-660R-Tx supports the DHCP relay function. When it is
configured as DHCP server, it assigns the IP addresses to the LAN clients.
When it is configured as DHCP relay, it is responsible for forwarding the requests
and responses negotiating between the DHCP clients and the server. Please
