Troubleshooting

If you experience any of the following issues, use this troubleshooting guide to resolve the problem.
If the problem persists, call Technical Support at 1-800-323-4576 (ext. 2) or send an e-mail message
to HVSsupport@honeywell.com.
No image appears.
Is the coaxial cable attached securely?
Is power present?
Has the lens iris been adjusted correctly (with the level control)?
The image is blurry.
Is the lens in focus?
Is the lens dirty? Gently clean the lens with a soft cloth if necessary.
Is the monitor configured correctly?
