Removing The DC-in Jack
1.
Follow the procedures in
battery .
2.
Remove the
base cover .
3.
Remove the
keyboard trim .
4.
Remove the
keyboard .
5.
Remove the
optical drive .
6.
Remove the
primary hard drive .
7.
Remove the
secondary hard drive .
8.
Remove the
CPU fan .
9.
Remove the
palm rest .
10. Remove the
CPU heatsink .
11. Remove the
Input/Output board .
12. Remove the
13. Disconnect the DC-in cable from the system board.
14. Remove the single screw securing the DC-in bracket in place.
