Highlight "TCP/IP." Scroll down if you cannot see it.
Click on "Properties."
NOTE: If TCP/IP is not present, please see: "How to Install TCP/IP."
When the "TCP/IP Properties" window opens, choose the "IP Address" tab.
Select "Specify an IP address."
