WAP

WAP (Wireless Application Protocol): a protocol that translates the Internet language into WML and HTML languages
that can be read by a phone. The WAP function allows you to log onto certain Internet sites. You can log onto sites that allow
you to download ringtones, icons, animated screensavers, JavaTM applications to your phone.
