WAP

WAP (Wireless Application Protocol): a protocol that translates the Internet language into WML and HTML languages
that can be read by a phone. The WAP function allows you to log onto certain Internet sites. You can log onto sites
that allow you to download ringtones, icons, animated screensavers, JavaTM applications to your phone.

The WAP Menu

The WAP navigator is under

You can also send messages by SMS: select a bookmark, press [Options],
then select Send by message.
Go to URL: this menu allows you to input an Internet address directly.
Inbox: this menu allows you to check the messages sent by the Internet site.
Save items: is used to save a WAP site items.
Snapshots: takes a snapshot of the currently displayed page.
History: backward and forward navigation of the pages displayed are kept in
memory.
Reload: refreshes the current page.
Reset cache: clears the stored information on previous connections.
