7 Mark Display setting (
When "On" is selected, the mark indicating the
playback status is displayed.
8 Angle Mark setting (
When "On" is selected,
playback of the scene where you can change
the image angle.

When a disc contains both MP3 data and video
CD data, select the contents you want to play.

- Dynamic Range Setting (
Set the dynamic range for DVD playback.This
is effective only when you are using a Dolby
Digital software.
"NONE": Select the standard dynamic range.
"LINE": Select a dynamic range narrower than
the standard one.
It becomes easier to listen to a small
sound when the dynamic range is
narrow.

Select a dynamic range narrower than
that selected for LINE.
The total sound volume becomes
larger as compared with NONE and
LINE, allowing you to listen to the
movie's dialog more clearly.

Select "16:9" for this unit.
~ Screen Display Mode setting (
Selects the screen display mode.
"Letter Box": Having black stripes at the top and
bottom of screen.
"Pan Scan" Showing pictures cut at the right
and left ends.
The Screen Display mode is effective only when
4:3 is selected in = "TV Aspect".
• Depending on the discs, the "TV Aspect" may need to be
set to "4:3" for better view. In this case, perform the "TV
Mode" setting.
