Language

The user has the option to select English (default), French or Spanish for the screen text .
Press the MENU button and press the DOWN arrow until "Language" is displayed on
screen . Press 1 (one) for English, 2 (two) for Spanish or 3 (three) for French . (See Figure
13)

During Talk Mode
Date: the date is displayed on your screen if you have Caller ID service from your phone
company (purchased separately)
Call timer: the elapsed time of your call is displayed on the screen during a call .
Volume level: the volume level is displayed on the screen during a call .
During Idle Mode
Voicemail icon: in idle screen, you will see the voicemail symbol if you have voicemail
(service purchased separately from your phone service provider .
OSA icon: in idle screen, you will see the OSA icon if the OSA (Outgoing Speech Amplifi-
cation) function is turned on .
Backup battery level: indicates the level of charge in your backup batteries (if
installed) .
