ASM

ART

Advanced System Management (ASM)
Located on the RSA, it provides an interface to view the health of monitored components and
configuration settings, and administer the settings for the RSA.
Avaya Registration Tool (ART)
A web-based program that permits Avaya employees to perform product registrations and related
procedures automatically.

Basic Input/Output System (BIOS)
A built-in software that knows what a computer can do without accessing any programs from the
disk. The BIOS contains all the code required to control the keyboard, display screen, disk drives, and
a number of miscellaneous functions.

command line interface (CLI)
A simple terminal interface, that might be provided by way of telnet or a serial port that provides
management functions. The System Access Terminal (SAT) and the UNIX shell are examples of a
CLI.
