GASES
The gases used for the operation of cooking appliance may
begroupedby their characteristicsinto two types:
L.P.G. (Incylinders) (G30/ G 31)

NATURALGAS (G20)

INSTALLATION
The appliance is predisposed and adjusted to operate with
the gas indicated on the specifications plate appliedonto the
appliance.
If the appliance must be operated with a gas different from
that indicated on the plate, it is necessary to execute the
followingoperations:
1)Gasconnection
Topburners:
2) Replacement ofthe injectors
3) Regulatingofprimaryair
4) Regulatingoftheminimum
Ovenandgrill burners:
5) Replacement ofthe ovenburner injector
6) Replacement ofthe grill burner injector
7) Primary air of theoven burner
8) Primary air of thegrillburner
9) Regulatingoftheminimum
