STOPPING ENGINE

Let it cool off for a few minutes at idle or
low speed first. Stopping the engine
immediately after operating at high speed
is not recommended.

PROCEDURE
Button switch equipped model
1) Push and hold the engine stop switch
(If button switch equipped on the
switch) until the engine comes to a
complete stop.
NOTE:
The engine can also be stopped by
pulling the lanyard from the engine stop
switch.

2) After stopping the engine, disconnect
the fuel line from the motor.

3) Tighten the air vent screw on the fuel
tank cap after stopping the engine, if
it is equipped.
