Test Run
once the assembly is complete, test run your
machine to make sure it runs properly.
if, during the test run, you cannot easily locate
the source of an unusual noise or vibration, stop
using the machine immediately and refer to your
router manual for troubleshooting.
if you still cannot remedy a problem with the model
g0528 router table, contact our tech Support at
(570) 546-9663 for assistance.
To test run the machine:
1.
put on safety glasses and hearing protec-
tion.
2.
make sure the router table is turned OFF and
disconnected from power.
3.
make sure the router collet nut is secure on
the router spindle and will not come off during
the test run.
4.
make sure the router is firmly secured to the
table, and plug the router power cord into the
router table outlet.

5.
on the router, turn the power switch ON.
6.
Connect the router table to power.
7.
make sure you have read the safety instruc-
tions at the beginning of the manual and that
the machine is setup properly.
8.
make sure all tools and objects used during
setup are cleared away from the machine.
9.
turn the router table switch ON.
10. listen to and watch for abnormal noises or
actions. the router should run smoothly with
little or no vibration or rubbing noises.
— Strange or unusual noises must be inves-
tigated and corrected before operating the
machine further. always disconnect the
machine from power when investigating or
correcting potential problems.
11. turn the router table OFF.
