Faults and after-sales service

Problem
The door panel steams up when
the oven is hot.
The flame (oven) does not burn
through all outlet openings.
The appliance does not work.
The oven light does not work.
Malfunctions often have simple explanations.
Please read the following notes before calling the
after-sales service.
Possible cause
Normal occurrence;
caused by the
difference in
temperature.
Normal build-up of dirt
Faulty fuse
Power failure
Oven light is faulty
Repairs may only be carried out by fully trained after-
sales service engineers.
Incorrect repairs may result in significant risk to the
user.
Instructions for remedial
action
Not possible; this has no
effect on oven performance.
The burner must be
professionally cleaned.
Look in the fuse box and
check that the fuse for the
appliance is in working
order.
Check whether the kitchen
light, for example, is
working.
Replace the oven light.
