Press the EXPRESS DEFROST pad until

Open the door. Remove defrosted pieces,
turn over remaining pieces.

Press the INSTANT COOK/START pad.

Procedure
EXPRESS DEFROST rapidly defrosts 0.5 kg specific
foods.
