7.2 Hot-air cooking (main oven)
FUNCTION SWITCH
THERMOSTAT SELECTOR SWITCH FROM
50° TO 250°C
This system is suitable for cooking on several levels, including different
types of food (fish, meat etc.), without the tastes and smells mingling. Air
circulation in the oven ensures a uniform distribution of heat. Pre-heating
is not necessary.
Multiple cooking is possible as long as the cooking temperature of the
different foods is the same.
7.3 Grilling (main and auxiliary ovens)
FUNCTION SWITCH
THERMOSTAT SWITCH AT MAXIMUM
Used for quick browning of foods. The tray should be placed on the top
runner. For short processes and small amounts, place the shelf on the third
runner from the bottom. For longer cooking times and grilling, place the shelf
on lower runners, depending on the size of the food.
The oven door must be closed while cooking is in progress..
Keep the door closed when grilling is in progress. Grilling with the
door open can permanently damage the oven and jeopardise
safety whilst the grill is on.
