Speed dial

You can assign 1 phone number to each
of the 3 speed dial keys ({I} to {III}) on
the unit.
Important:
L You can set speed dial using one of
the handsets. The stored numbers to
speed dial keys ({I} to {III}) can be
used for all registered handsets and
the base unit.
Adding phone numbers or
intercom numbers to speed
dial keys
■ When you add an outside party's
number:

Note:
L When a speed dial key ({I} to {III})
has no number added to it, you can
press that key to start from step 3.

Find the desired entry on "Finding
and calling a phonebook entry",
page 21.

been assigned, "Q" is displayed
next to the key.

L If "Overwrite" is displayed, the
key you selected has a phone
number already assigned to it.
To overwrite with the currently
selected phone number, go to
step 5.
To select another key, press ^,
then repeat this step.
