Ø Microsoft Reader
For reading electronic books on your Mondo.
Download books to your Mondo from your desk top computer or your favourite Web
site for electronic books. Then use Microsoft ActiveSync to copy the book files to your
Mondo, then use Microsoft Reader to read them.
Ø Microsoft Tasks
For monitoring tasks that need completing within a specified time period. Tasks which
have not been done on time are displayed in heavy print within the list.
Ø Microsoft ActiveSync
For synchronising the information contained in the Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft
Schedule+ or Microsoft Exchange applications on your desk top computer with those
contained in the corresponding applications on your Mondo.
At each synchronisation, ActiveSync compares the modifications carried out on your
Mondo and on your desk top computer and updates both units with the most recent
information.
Ø Microsoft File Explorer
For finding files in your Mondo and filing them in directories.
Ø Microsoft Windows Media Player
For listening to your MP3 or Media Player digital audio files which have been downloaded
beforehand from an Internet site or from your computer.
PLEASE NOTE: This list of Microsoft applications is not exhaustive. Other Microsoft
applications may also be installed on your Mondo.

• Addition and deletion of Applications

The applications installed on your Mondo in the factory are stored in ROM ( Read Only
Memory ). You can not delete or modify these applications, and there is no risk of losing
the content of the ROM by accident.
The applications and / or data files that you install yourself on your Mondo after factory
calibration are stored in RAM (Random Access Memory).
You may install any compatible application on your Mondo, if sufficient memory is available.

can install on your Mondo.

• Connection to the Internet

You can connect to the Internet using the Trium Mondo modem incorporated in your
Mondo, using one of the pre-installed remote methods, GSM or GPRS.

• Infrared data transfer

By means of the infrared port, you can exchange information such as contacts,
appointments, files or documents with other units equipped with an infrared port. You
can also connect to the Internet via an infrared modem.
