4.1.5 Tune
The Tune control is used to lower the effects of electromagnetic interference
from sources such as power lines, radio transmitters and other metal
detectors. The Tune control is engaged by pressing the push button switch.
If electromagnetic interference is experienced when using the detector,
simply press the Tune button once to automatically select the best detection
frequency.
4.1.6 Tone
The Tone control can be adjusted to suit an individuals hearing by changing
the pitch of the background threshold tone.
