Retrieving messages from another user's ESI phone
Press VOICE MAIL
Description
Pauses for one minute or until 1 is pressed again.
Pauses the message, plays the time/date of when the message was left
and resumes.
When pressed during message playback, rewinds 4 seconds for each keypress.
If pressed after the message has finished, it returns you to the beginning of
the message.
Accesses user programming menu.
Moves a copy of the message to another user's mailbox.
To move the message without an introduction, press 6 when prompted.
To add an introduction, press 1 when prompted. When you've finished your
recording, press 1 to stop; You will be returned to the original message in
your mailbox.
Deletes the message from the mailbox (see "Message Recycle Bin," page D.8).
Goes to the main greeting (if your system is using the built-in auto attendant).
Saves the message (it will be played as an old message the next time
messages are picked up).
Saves the message as new.
Transfers you to the operator.
To leave a message in another user's mailbox.
