Ifyouhave aslide-in r ange, therear v ent m ust b einstalled.
Remove theoutside s crews from therear t rimonrange. Use
screws toattach rear v ent t orange.
1. Move range c lose tocabinet opening.
2. Remove cardboard orhardboard from under r ange. Carefully
move range i ntofinal p osition.
3. Pull d rawer open tofirst s topposition. Liftfrontofdrawer to
clear w hite wheels indrawer guides. Remove drawer andset
itaside onaprotected surface.
Place rack inoven. P lace l evel o nrack, f irst s ide toside; t hen
front t oback.
Ifrange isnotlevel, pull r ange f orward u ntil r ear l eveling l egis
removed fortheanti-tip bracket. Use %"drive ratchet and
channel lockpliers toadjust leveling legs upordown until r ange
islevel. Push range b ack intoposition. Check t hatrear l eveling
legisengaged inanti-tip bracket.
NOTE: Oven must b elevel forsatisfactory baking p erformance.
Typical
rigid pipe connection
A combination
of pipe fittings must be used to connect the range
to the existing gas line. Your connections
may be different,
according to the supply line type, size and location.
1. Apply pipe-joint
compound
made for use with LP gas to all
pipe thread connections.
2. Using a pipe wrench to tighten, connect the gas supply to the
range.

Making sure the anti-tip bracket is installed:
Look for the anti-tip bracket securely attached to floor.
Slide range back so rear range foot is under anti-tip
bracket.
If installing the range in a mobile home, you must secure the
range to the floor. Any method of securing the range is
adequate as long as it conforms to the standards in the
"Location Requirements"
section.

Typical flexible
connection
1. Apply pipe-joint
compound
made for use with LP gas to the
smaller thread ends of the flexible connector adapters (see B
and G in following illustration).
2. Attach one adapter to the gas pressure regulator and the
other adapter to the gas shutoff valve. Tighten both adapters.
