Why operation indicator continue blinking and ac not getting power 9n

The operation indicator is blinking because the system is in cooling mode but does not have a free cool sensor. The Carrier Kurve AC is not getting power possibly due to a tripped breaker, blown fuse, or disconnection, as safety instructions mention using the correctly rated breaker or fuse and disconnecting power during abnormal conditions like strange sounds, smell, or smoke.
