Choosing a Good Location Follow these guidelines: • Place the unit in a location with adequate air circulation to prevent internal heat build up.

    • To maximize Printer life, reliability, printed card quality and durability, you must use only Fargo- certified supplies. • For this reason, your Fargo warranty is void, where not prohibited by law, if you use non-Fargo- certified supplies. • Printer cleaning is recommended with each Ribbon change to ensure quality printed cards.

    Installing Blank Cards into the Card Hopper (DTC1000 and DTC4000) The Fargo DTC1000 and DTC4000 Printer is capable of printing single load cards and multiple feed cards (batch mode). To print using single feed, simply remove all cards from the Card Hopper, leave the Card Hopper door closed and place a card in the single Feed Card Slot (which can be used repeatedly).
