Access the IP Camera via 3GPP Mobile Phone

You can access the desired IP camera via compatible 3GPP mobile phone
when both the IP camera has a working internet connection and the mobile
phone has a good connection on the GPRS or 3G network.
There are several criteria which need to be fulfilled before the 3GPP function
can be successfully utilized.
1. In order to use the 3GPP function, you should turn on the 2
