The following section details how to setup the 7410F IFL units .
Setting up the 7410F IFL Transmitters and Receivers consists of the following
steps:
1. Setting up the transmitter
2. Connecting the fiberoptic cable
3. Setting up the receiver
4. Powering the IFL
5. Connecting the back panel jumpers
6. Monitoring the input/output signal
7. Aligning the fiberoptic link
Observe all warnings and cautions mentioned at the beginning of this manual
(page 10). If after set-up you experience problems, refer to Troubleshooting on
page 36.
